FELTspace is a nationally recognised Artist Run Initiative (ARI). Focusing on supporting, developing and presenting emerging, experimental and diverse exhibitions and public programs. FELTspace is voluntarily run by a team of Co-Directors of artists, curators, and arts administrators. FELTspace believes it is important to connect our volunteers and Co-Directors to facilitate and develop connections within our local contemporary art community.
FELTspace volunteers keep our doors open. Our volunteers are reliable gallery invigilators who also assist us during the year with off-site projects such as public art programs. We aim to involve our volunteers in the gallery's various programs, encouraging them to come to exhibition openings, extend their networks in the visual arts community, as well as invite volunteers from various creative backgrounds to engage in the visual arts sector.
