Along with her own visual arts practice Brigid has been instrumental in supporting the Adelaide arts community with a vision to create and support arts infrastructure for emerging artists. Her research and experiences overseas have been influential, enabling her to gain an understanding of sustainable models and international best practice and how these could be transferred into the Australian context. Noone has curated and co-curated numerous exhibitions which showcase emerging South Australian artists in national and international contexts at a range of venues including Fontanelle Gallery, the SASA Gallery, many independent alternative spaces, Structural Integrity, Next wave Festival, Seventh Gallery, FELT Space, the Fringe Festival and Format Festival.

After returning from Rotterdam in 2005 Brigid set up her first studio complex in industrial Port Adelaide 'The Institute' housing eight studios and large scale exhibitions. 'She was one one of the co-founding directors of artist run initiative FELTspace, and completed a masters in Arts by research investigating: Vulnerability & Generosity in contemporary Visual art' at the University of South Australia in 2010. Noone was selected by the Australia Council for the Arts to work as an emerging curator for the Australian presentations at the 53rd Venice Biennale. Brigid co- founded Renew Adelaide, and most recently forged a new relationship with The development company Renewal SA to secure a three year lease to run Fontanelle gallery & Studios, that houses two gallery spaces, twenty-two studios, and a workshop space for artist led classes, talks and seminars. Fontanelle is a creative hub that provides an incubator for contemporary arts emerging and established artists and curators in South Australia to work, take risks, engage in dialogue and debate and exhibit their work.
