TOTAL REFRESHMENT is a sculpture made using salt-dough and salmon coloured insulation. The work has been built specifically for the site after a summer spent in a makeshift backyard studio with these materials.

"The uncertainty of these objects mirrors the uncertainty with which we view them - the eerily ever-present, yet rarely acknowledged split between the primary experience and the self-conscious "viewing" experience." —- from the 2012 Heavy Jelly exhibition text by Stan Mahoney.
