AGM invitation

Dear friend of FELT, 

You are invited to our annual meeting on Monday 3rd November at 6:30pm. The AGM will be held at FELTspace (our new location — 264-270 Angus Street Adelaide SA 5000 MAP) with a live broadcast on Google Meet. The Agenda of the meeting and minutes of our last AGM are attached. During the meeting you will have the opportunity to find out about the exhibitions and events we supported this year, our current and upcoming programming and ask any questions about the operations and finances of FELTspace. During the meeting there will be a vote for the appointment of the new chair, this vote is for current board members only, and a vote on changing our reporting structure to calendar year to align better with our reporting requirements for Arts Sa and Creative Australia.
