FELTcinema CALLOUT
Are you an indie filmmaker residing in South Australia? If so, keep reading.
FELTcinema is an event dedicated to celebrating true independent and experimental artists and filmmakers by providing them with the opportunity to showcase their work on the big screen, something many independent filmmakers rarely get.
The screening will be hosted at the Mercury’s Iris Cinema on 6 June 2025. Selected filmmakers will present their short films and have the option to speak about their work for up to five minutes afterward (encouraged but not mandatory).

How to Submit
Send your short film to info@feltspace.org with the following details:
Title, Artist Name, Year, Duration.
A summary of the short film (Less than 100 words).
A link to the short film (Google Drive, Dropbox).
Your artist CV.
Your artist bio (300 words).
Additional Information:
Films must be more than 5 minutes and less than 20 minutes. Exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis.
Applications open from the 5th of April and close on the 20th of May.
Selected films will be screened at the Mercury’s Iris cinema.
Selected artists will receive $300 after FELTcinema concludes.
We are accepting applications from artists at all stages in their career and encourage applications from First Peoples, culturally and linguistically diverse people, LGBTQIA+ community and people living with disability or who are Deaf.
