Imago is an exploration of the transition from a single entity to the experience of self-expansion. Seeking to find strength in the vulnerabilities inherent to the complex and delicate nature of the child and parent relationship. Through personal experience Lee Walter explores the intrinsic identity shift that begins to takes place when you become a parent. From navigating the feelings resulting from the influx of ideology created by the archetype of motherhood, to looking back at her own childhood and how parentification has influenced her choices as a mother. Imago explores the metamorphosis of the interior space of self.
