For this exhibition our opening hours have been changed to: you can visit Siamak Fallah daily from 12:00 PM to 8:30 AM- Monday to Sunday.

There will also be a closing night celebration for this exhibition on Saturday 20th of March at 7:30 PM. This is a celebration of International Harmony Day and Persian New Year.

Adelaide artist Siamak Fallah was born in Firouzy (a small village near Shiraz), Iran, and arrived in Australia as a refugee (via Pakistan) in 1985. In 1998 Fallah graduated from the South Australian School of Art with a Bachelor of Visual Arts, majoring in Painting. He has previously exhibited at Greenaway Art Gallery, Nexus Multicultural Arts Centre, Artspace (Sydney), University of Adelaide and the Contemporary Art Centre of South Australia. Fallah's presentation at Feltspace; was supported by Helpmann Academy grant. Currently, Siamak is conducting studies and research at the University of South Australia. For this exhibition, Siamak will be undergoing a residency project combining video, painting and performative elements. Using pigments, plants and water to make paintings that are highly chance driven and natural. These paintings will be created in Felt space during the exhibition.
