FELTcinema II: Ace Collab. CALLOUT
Are you an indie filmmaker or video artist? If so, keep reading.
FELTcinema is an event dedicated to celebrating true independent and experimental artists and filmmakers by providing them with the opportunity to showcase their work on the big screen, something many artists rarely get.
This year, we are teaming up with ACE Gallery to further support the independent filmmaking and video art community. More details about this collaboration will be revealed at a later date.
The screening will be hosted at The Mercury Cinema and ACE on the 1st of August 2026. Selected artists will present their works and have the option to speak about their work for up to five minutes afterward (encouraged but not mandatory).

How to Submit
Send your short film to info@feltspace.org with the following details:
Title, Artist Name, Year, Duration.
A summary of the short film or video work (Less than 100 words).
A link to the work (Google Drive, Dropbox).
Your artist CV.
Your artist bio (300 words).
Additional Information:
The work must be more than 3 minutes and less than 20 minutes. Exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis.
Applications are now open and will be closed on the 6th of July.
Selected works will be screened at the Mercury’s main cinema or at ACE Gallery’s front space.
Selected artists will receive $300 after FELTcinema concludes.
We are accepting applications from artists at all stages in their career and encourage applications from First Peoples, culturally and linguistically diverse people, LGBTQIA+ community and people living with disability or who are Deaf.
